About Sibdu

We set up Sibdu to help you attain those three goals. How?

• Gain local knowledge. When you join, you'll choose your location. You'll then have access to the news, blog postings and service directory for the area. You'll also be able to join public groups in your area to share knowledge and build connections to other pros. You can even read and contribute to our Blackboard, full of rumors and water cooler-type postings.
• Connect with the right people. With our professional social networking, you'll be able to reach the people you need to know, so you can conduct your daily business. If you own or have listed a property that matches an inquiry, you'll log into Sibdu, upload the details, and wait to see if the demand side puts your property in his or her shortlist. If they do, you'll find out their identity and can start the selling process.

Also as a supply-side member, you'll be able to upload your inventory into Sibdu, so any of your properties that match Search by Request inquiries will automatically appear. Think of Sibdu as a tool for you to use to build qualified sales/lease leads for your properties.
