I just joined the group and new to Sibdu and desire to network with like-minded individuals.
My business, cost segregation, provides commercial and residential rental property owners income tax credits from their real estate holdings. Quite often it amounts to $5,000+ per $100,000 in property cost. So, for example, a $500,000 office building would give the owner a $25,000 income tax refund.
Our professional fees are fully tax deductible under IRC §179 in the year incurred. Also, when compared against the income tax refunds we deliver clients, the fee invested gives a client a guaranteed 500% ROI with most being over 1000%.
